At Annapoorna Kitchen Club, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality wellness and nutrition products in perfect condition. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Quality Checks
Before dispatch, every order goes through:
- Product quality inspection
- Secure and hygienic packaging
- Proper sealing and handling checks
Only after completing these checks is your order shipped.
2. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of food, wellness, and consumable products, returns are accepted only in specific cases.
You may request a replacement if:
- The product received is damaged during transit
- You received the wrong item
- The product package is tampered with or leaking
- The product is defective or expired at the time of delivery
2.1 Replacement Request Window
- Replacement requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must remain unused and in its original packaging
- Clear photo/video proof may be required for verification
Once approved, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only in the following situations:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Replacement product unavailable
- Order could not be delivered due to operational reasons
- Verified damaged or incorrect product cases where replacement is not possible
3.1 Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery:
- Opened or used consumable products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery
- Products returned without proof of purchase
5. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request:
- Contact our support team within the allowed reporting period
- Share your Order ID and issue details
- Provide photos/videos for verification if required

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, tampered, or incorrect:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Do not consume or use the product before verification
- Keep the original packaging available for inspection if requested
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
